# Strategy Console, from concept to production

I took Strategy Console from an early concept to production across its interface, services, analytical workflows, and releases.

## The problem

Strategy Console supports financial and business analysis. An editable analytical workflow had to become one production product across the interface, API contracts, data handling, LLM behavior, analytics, and releases. A decision in one layer could change the assumptions in every other layer.

**How the product fit together**. Product changes crossed the analysis workflow, interface, typed service boundary, and the release path instead of stopping at one layer.

## Decisions and delivery

| Applied AI          | Integrated LLM features into the working product and its existing workflow.                                |
| Operations          | Added product analytics, release work, and technical documentation as the system grew.                     |

## Result and public boundary

The early concept became a production product with an editable interface, typed service boundary, analysis and LLM workflows, product analytics, and a documented release path. I could change the workflow, follow that decision through the interface and service contracts, then carry it into a release.

This is the detail I can share publicly. I do not publish internal customer data, private product metrics, or implementation details that belong to StrategyBridgeAI.
